How do plays refill?

You can hold up to 3 plays. After using a play, 1 play refills every hour. Finishing a rewarded ad adds 1 play. You cannot watch a rewarded ad when you already have 3 plays; it becomes available again when you have fewer than 3.

Does the bottom banner give me a play?

Banner ads do not give play rewards. To receive 1 play, choose “Watch Ad · +1 Play” in the plays dialog and finish watching the rewarded ad.

I watched an ad but did not get a play

Make sure you reach the ad completion confirmation. Closing an ad early or failing to load it does not add a play. If you completed the ad but received no play, email us with the time and your device details.

I cannot see my ranking

Check your internet connection and refresh the rankings. Games started after sign-in are added to the global leaderboard after verification. Games started before sign-in or records that cannot be verified may not be ranked.

I want to delete my account

Go to Account at the top right of the game screen → Delete Account. After confirming your identity, your account, profile, global rankings and server-side play records are deleted. If you cannot access the app, contact support by email.
